Merge the text layers (there should be 5) and then use the rotation tool on the new single layer.

Your tutorials are great, but I think it'd be better if you picked thumbnails that showed the final result of the tutorial, rather than your site's logo. Thanks for contributing!

Select the layer (click on it) from your layers list.
Then, set your Foreground color (top color box) to White. Choose the Bucket Fill Tool (the bucket) then click on your canvas.

Using the soft brush in step 4, just draw around the bottom edges of you cloud selection.

I tested them with GIMP 2.3 on Linux and it seems to install fine. It's not working on GIMP 2.2 though...

I just tried in 2.2 and it seems to work. It just takes a little experimentation with the settings to get it right.
Your syntax for the links is slightly off. Do this:
